Change the Color of Active File and Folder Links (All Windows)

This setting controls the link color of the active files and folders when using the web view (single-click) display method.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new string value, or modify the existing value, named "HotTrackingColor" and set it to equal an RGB color value. For example red is "255 0 0" and the default blue is "0 0 255".

Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
